Order

Ordering in our webshop is possible only after registration, but you can upload your cart without the required products. You can do your registration simply, quickly (in the "Registration" menu at the top left of the page) or on the shopping cart page.
In the category list on the left side of the page, you can choose to view, order a product group (eg: "Plastic Supplies"), click on it to view subgroups, if any, or products in it. you can put it or click on the picture to view its datasheet.
There are products that are available in several variations (eg, color, size difference), then you need to select the desired option on the product data sheet. The price of the product may vary depending on the option you see at the time of selection.
When buying, carefully select the product you want, product descriptions, pictures help you get to know the product more carefully, and click on the cart icon to add the item you want to order. If you want to order more items, return to the products and select an additional product after the contents of the cart appear.
When your product (s) have been selected and placed in a basket, the list, quantity and gross price of the products in your cart are displayed. In this case, you can still change or delete the quantity.
After selecting your payment method and checking your personal details, press the Send Order button to place your order.
If you are already registered on our site, you can log in to the basket, otherwise you can register.

Minimum order item

In order to avoid unrealistically high transportation costs for the ordered products, the minimum order value of the ordered package is 2 990 Ft. There is no upper limit to the order.

Transport

Orders are delivered by courier service throughout Hungary (see the Shipping & Payment menu in detail). We do not ship abroad. It is also possible to pre-pay the order (see the Shipping and Payment menu in detail).

After the order has been sent you will receive an email (at the registered address). If you have any questions regarding the delivery of the ordered items (eg we are unable to deliver the product, you may not have the size or color you have chosen), our colleague will contact you at the given phone number. We will send you an email notification of your order status and details, so you can track your order.

We will check the order by phone number or e-mail, or we will arrange the delivery time with you. Your ordered product (s) will be returned within 48 hours of confirmation (except for weekend, weekend orders, in this case within 3 days or on the second working day following the order). The courier service will deliver the ordered product to you the next day after shipment.

When accepting the goods, please check that the items on the invoice are the same as the products in the package. In case the product on the invoice is not included in the package, please write your complaint in writing to the invoice and pay less to the deliverer with the value of the missing item.

Afterwards, our colleague will contact the specified contact person to ensure that your order is completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
